Globo (2015-2021)
Prêmio Multishow (Multishow Award)
As leader of Digital Content team, I was in charge of Prêmio Multishow content project on digital platforms:
- Overseen all digital content plan, including YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and TikTok lives, including end to end content production supervision (live streaming and video script, production, editing, and publishing processes)
- Cross functional alignment with Marketing, Music Content Team, Technology, Programming, Ad Sales and other related teams and stakeholders.
- The biggest challenge was to translate the TV event concept to a younger and broader audience on YouTube and social media, producing relevant, unique and interactive content, before and during the show, sparking the conversation on social media, and developing new talents for the channel portfolio
Unique Format
- Days ahead the award, an online live event hosted by Multishow’s talents would reveal the nominees
- Before the show, the red carpet concert and interviews were broadcasted exclusively on digital platforms
- Each year, a different studio integrated TV and digital concepts. In 2018, a studio filled with influencers celebrated the 25th anniversary of the ceremony. In 2019, a VIP area inside the arena allowed the digital hosts to have the live concerts as a dynamic background. Finally, in 2020, amid the COVID crisis, a glam camping inspired, trailer area allowed the hosts to follow the show properly isolated, but still very close to the stage and backstage areas.
- After the show, all exclusive content and interviews would remain available on YouTube, providing weeks of discussions and recaps
